Does anyone know how to check my current CTC because I have got market revision once and hike of 8% within my 2 years and 4 months of experience in Accenture. When I join it was 8LPA including VP. Should I need to check with HR or I can check in any of the tools we use

Check on your rewards portal amount which is reflecting it's ur base pay...... Calculation of 21% of base pay= variable bonus CTC=Base pay+ VP
