I am CL 11 employee having 6 yrs of experience as a full stack developer. Currently my fixed pay is 11.7 lpa I got 0 hike from past 2.5 years in Accenture. Will they give a good hike to me in this cycle ?

I joined Accenture 3 years back, post 6 months i got a hike of 4.5% only After i did not even get a hike, its been 2.5 yrs since then, how can I expect a promotion?
