I have moved roles from a Customer Service Senior Analyst to Business Transformation Senior Analyst in Accenture Operations.

I am due to move from CL 10.2 to CL 10.1 in June.

Will my CTC automatically undergo a market correction because of the role change or it will be just a standard hike for sub-level movement?
