What is the process to ask for market correction in terms of position as well as package when you can see that the laterals joining Accenture having less experience than you still on upper level with much more package. Also in project you can see your juniors getting promotion or salary increase but your manager not capable to fight for you. How the market correction works in Accenture?

Market correction is only possible when your MD thinks you should get it and your case is presented by your manager. You threaten them to resign if market correction not provided. These MD’s at Accenture are some of the worst leadership I have seen who favours favouritism, grouping and biased preference. You should consult your HR partner about salary disparity and biased salary package.

But many times it is observed that the HR also works as per MD’s and they are never there for employees. Never saw any AM, M, SM or MD got impacted just because they do favouritism, politics or any junior employees complain about them.

Our part of duty is to raise a point. If everyone thinks like that it will never change anything. Your opinion and complain might not bring change immediately but it will get saved in their mind and will have slow release impact. Never shy away from putting effort coz that’s what is in our control.
