I will complete my 2 years on 6th july. Will i get a promotion in the June cycle or the December cycle?

I have not given all 3 techleaps school exams. Does this affect in any way?

December cycle. Because June cycle decisions are made around feb end or early March, at that time your MAL would be less than 2 years
