Trending @Accenture; Mandatory office visit, exception situation case
Hi, I'm working in Accenture, like my base location was far away from my home town and I'm taking treatment here in my home town. Now they have announced that an office visit at the base location is mandatory. As of now due to my health conditions i can't visit my base location facility. So how could I raise for exception approval for how many days can I get it. Any assistance regarding this will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
If it’s a genuine health reason then there is a process for exception it needs to be approved by your lead, hr and one more person. It’s through a system and email approvals are not considered. The exception will be only for 3 months then you need to apply again, they’ll ask for documentation to prove health reason.
You can change your base location if you have completed 24 months.
