Trending @Accenture; Mandatory 2days work from office.
Today, there was a call attended by all the senior members, and they mentioned that starting November 1st, there will be an official requirement to work from the office for two days a week. They’re just waiting for the official email, and it was stated that this directive is from Accenture itself. Any idea about this?

But they are not understanding that. Go to office, sit alone as they dont even permanent seats, so we always get random people. How they we will do networking like this. First company with poor resource management.
There's an entire supply chain that's getting impacted because of employees not doing WFO. Right from fuel, food, maintenance, services etc. So what if they call everyone to the office in suffocating traffic and pollution! They are still promoting sustainability, right 😂
Whereas in portal Accenture if you search, there are entire PPTs where real estate teams from USA have warned them that RTO not equals to productivity.
In our project leads are discussing more about PIP, and now this 2 day WFO.

I was informed it is mandatory for all effective from oct 1st. Do they have a policy which talks about the minimum hours to be present at the office?
