Trending @Accenture; Managers - what does this mean

Recently my manager from project took details like when I have joined accenture, how many projects I did, what roles I played in those projects and also my experiences before accenture.

If any managers are here, do you know why these details where taken? Is it for assigning me to new project or something else.
