My whole team of 70 in CIO is dismissed. No budget.

Bad , only few slots for promotion and close to 10 pecent IP

Just had 1 slot promotion for L10-L12 and 1 mandatory IP per level.. 😢

Last time my lead said...no increase in your pay since you already have high pay... New reason I learned .... I need to see what the lead is going to say this time

If any SM or above can confirm will there be any hike for level 8 or above as we got peanuts in June cycle.

I joined in October 2023. Can I expect promotion to level 11?

After going through this thread I can infer that that no promotion/hike for this cycle too. How come Accenture is doing mass hiring and acquiring firms across the globe ?
