Before relasing the bonus my M and SM told me that we are putting you on PIP, i have asked the reason then they said you are performing well i told them that is not the case even i showed them the 1o1 records in which my manger multiple time written that i am performing well. Then they take this issue to SR Hr and she was also their side even after showing multiple docs they keep saying we will put you on PIP and your bonus will be 0 I raised grievance issue on portal and a neutral panel formed for the discussion the NP did not act on issue till 20-25 days after that they and HR scheduled call and asked me provide all docs supporting to my claim. 8-9 days NP and HR told me we have heard both parties and found your PIP is completely ok and your manger and SM provided multiple escalation email thats the reason we are puting you on pip. I asked about escalation email they simply refused to provide an d said we can not give we can not even show them whats your escalations are. After arguing 30 min then they just provide a subject line of an email i search and found thats not escalation that is a simple client email which i sent. Now i am asking what all are my escalations but they are not giving and saying they are restricted so can not share.
Raise a police complaint against them
HR's will be there like I am listening 🎧, but with their music onn so that they won't understand a thing and argue on putting on pip as the correct solution, it seems that they got the targets to put people on pip and throw them out of the organisation
