Ive a script for exit call ready.. same lamguage they throw us during appraisals I've flipped -- I really like working for accenture. I have a Great team, its like family. Great environment, superb work culture. Learning lot of things and great time maximizing values. But as you see market is tough and skilled individual demand is tight, ask is more and more what can company provide with every quarter passing, so i appreciate accenture hardwork and dedication towards resources but its very hard to validate any factors in picture other than monitization as market us tough. Hence thank you.
Adding on to this if HR still requests you to stay then say.....i love working in this organization but please try to understand its not really in my hands now even though i want to stay here but my family(management) dosent want me to continue in this organization as the grocery prices are sky rocketing. Also my wife does a lot of shopping ( with her 1.3% hike coz she is also from accenture) so i need to.....sorry no hard feelings :l
