Trending @Accenture; Manager pushing me towards support role
After development got over, manager pushing me in support role, i said no i can't due to some personal and I don't want to lose on my skills(professional) but he is not listening, even i am getting pressurized by project lead now.. getting threat like.. if i say no it will be not good for my career n all.. and top of that now senior manager also pressurising.. I don't want to go.. how to deal with it.. any senior if can guide me
You're a TL and asking such a question? Bluntly say no, at most they can keep you on bench and if you're confident on your skills you'll find a project
Associate director level person is saying if you don't want support then you should join product based company and also there will be professional consequences if you say no.. how to deal with this?
