12moTrending @Accenture; Manager playing favoritism games in my team
I feel completely demotivated in working hard because manager is only interested in promoting his favourites (and no surprises, they are people from his region in India). No matter how much effort I put in, same 2-3 people keep getting all the visibility and good sub items on a project. Rest of us are just here doing donkey work with zero recognition. Feedback sessions are a joke, and this person is not able to explain to me how I can grow or why I am not growing.
Anyone else stuck in this nonsense? Is this just my project or everywhere in Accenture?
