
Trending @Accenture; Manager forcing to take support project.
So I am about to get rolled off from mu current project and my manager is forcing me to join another support project under same client. She is saying that if i say no to that project then they will put me in pip or ask for resignation. She is accusing of false aligation that I already rejected one project but I never got any call from any project. She is indirectly saying that they will stop my OIT if I say no. My manager is very toxic she never gave any hike to anyone in this project in past 3 years. She is saying that I am being choosey and picky regarding the project because I told her that I want to work in development area. I talked to my team lead he is saying to write a mail to DU lead saying that I dont want to work in this particular client and he also said me to raise a grievance for that like they are actually putting mental pressure on me. What should I do ?

My story - I was working in CIO development peoject for 2.5 years. now CIO project ended and I have to find new project. i got 5 interviews in just 2 days. only 1 support project of Australian banking client and rest 4 development project (2 USA and 2 Internal). The support project team who took my interview i clearly told them that I don't want to be in this project. still they passed my profile to PMO, I told pmo that I don't want to be in this project. they insisted me to talk with DU lead. Du lead gave me false promises related to work as he said he can't remove hardlock. but told he can do it after couple of months. but when I reached out he again asked to work 6 more month than he can release me. when I asked him did you lied to me earlier he told me - " if you were not interested you should have cooperated by sharing details and should not have worked at all". Till today every morning I wake up I pray to god for his ill health or *****. he killed my career by saying lie.
at the end my learnings -
- Accenture is not lala company involving HR asap is best idea.
- Do not trust anyone until things are on the mail.
- if you are not interested do not get on boarded (share details such as PC IP and do not sign anything)
- if they blackmail you with any statement put a mom after a call on mail with exact statement put HR and DU lead/ manager in cc.
