Trending @Accenture; Manager Feedback before LWD
Hi guys, I resigned from accenture and my last working day is 11th Oct. I got manager feedback on workday notification 2 days back. I checked it and it was very bad. He didn't discussed it and neither with the client. I will highlight this with client because i recently got appreciation mail for my work from client. Now, My question is this feedback impact my career? is it overall feedback in accenture tenure or just a semi yearly feedback? I have joined in january only. Please help. Thanks!!
Only you were put PIP program.it will be updated as negative feedback in your experience letter. Your manager just given the feedback internally.So nothing worry about

Internally negative feedback will not be updated in experience letter.
But if employees have been moved to the PIP program . Then in the employee experience letter will be updated as
employees under PIP program
The same happened with me, when I asked why they said they need to provide a reason for why we're leaving and show that we weren't up to the mark otherwise it somehow hinders other people's promotion. It didn't make sense to me but yes it won't show up on your experience letter that's what they said, it's only for internal discussions and promotions in the next cycle.
