Trending @Accenture; MAL TAL Value
Can anyone explain this.........!!

@NarrowJump3 Months at Level ( MAL ) = Months since your joining date / months since last promotion + Experienced Hire Credit ( Experience Hire Credit is for example level 10 needs minimum 4 years work experience but you had 5 years and Joining at CL 10 then the additional 1 year or 12 months or 12 is your Experience Hire Credit )
So for your case your MAL = 15 = 10 months since your joining / last promotion + 5 Experienced Hire Service Credit = 15 months MAL
Please confirm if you joined 10 months ago/ got promoted 10 months ago!
TAL is time at level or productive time person has spent in current level. So in short: months since last hire date / last promotion date minus the LOA ( leave of Absence) . But TAL value is only visible or greater than 0 for people who are Regular Paced and is not visible for non pace or NPCE Career Progression model

What is meant by Regular Paced and NPCE?

@MrFamily I am still not able to figure out! I have checked with 100+ people and everyone is marked as NPCE or Non-paced!
My guess is is has something to do with fast track ! I might be wrong though !
For all who are NPCE, TAL value is 0
