Well guys lets end this:
MAL : Months at Level ( Workday | Profile ) you can check TAL : Time At Level + no one knows what it is.
Sub Level: 3 ;2 ; 1 ( 1 being best) These value means nothing for now. Everything depends on your performance and management
At the end : Level sabke niklenge, par niklenge uske Jo khara rahega , Accenture me ek h game hai , khare rehne ka ya to switch karne ka

@SpotlessReservation here is the detailed meaning of all the terms
Months at Level ( MAL ) = Months since your joining date / months since last promotion + Experienced Hire Credit
( Experience Hire Credit is for example level 10 needs minimum 4 years work experience but you had 5 years and Joining at CL 10 then the additional 1 year or 12 months or 12 is your Experience Hire Credit )
TAL is only visible or greater than 0 on workday only for people on Non Pace or NPCE Career Progression model !
I still don’t know the difference between NonPace and Regular Pace !
Sublevels are mini promotions with very less hikes (mostly single digit ) between Career levels
Typically you start at sub level 3 then move to 2 (in 9 to 12 months depending on CL) and then move to 1 in same time it took from 3 to 2. Once you reach sub level 1 you are eligible for next level promotion!
So if you are hired at career level 10 and sub level 3. You will reach CL10 sublevel 1 in 2 years typically and are then eligible for CL9 promotion!
Now when you actually get promoted depends on your managers and project leadership and things like are you in good books with the leads n all! Hope this helps 🙂

Where do you see the sub level?

On workday go to your profile or simply ask the DiPA chatbot on Microsoft Teams “what is my career level and sub level” it will tell you !

I did ask DIpA and it says raise a ticket on Accenture support portal. I even checked on workday but did not find sublevel. Where else I can find this information?
