Yeah. It's a rare case. But I've seen people with 120 MAL. Yours is the highest I've heard though. So when you join the company the hiring interviewer can suggest you as either beginner, intermediate or expert at your level. If you are a expert at your level but the interviewer feels you are not ready to be hired at next level, you'll get a higher MAL. Hence it's so high. You probably has 96 MAL when you joined.
