Trending @Accenture; Mailing address is not showing up in exit form

Have anyone faced the issue that the mailing address is not shown in the exit form ?

I have updated mailing address and phone yesterday in workday. Phone is shown in exit form but the mailing address does not comes in exit form but the phone number is shown.
