He needs to do us Indian employees a favour and quit and give it to someone more capable.

All the budget allocation is done from US leadership and as the head of Indian leadership, he needs to fight for his team and tell the US leadership, f*** you - give more money to the Indian employees. This guy is completely incompetent and doesn't even bother fighting for us.

At this point, Indian employees should find a job and resign.
