Trending @Accenture; LWD, What is your worth?
Yesterday was my LWD after completing 4.7 yrs. Gave my best at work. Did occasional night outs to achieve target. My stars were probably lucky which got me promoted from SSE to TL.
There was not even a single grp call or a grp send off. It made me feel bad yesterday. What I learnt is at the end of the day no one is a friend and we see loaned support from the people who are eligible to support. Irrespective of whether you spend 1 yr, 2 yrs, 4 yrs , 10 yrs. You are treated as a profit centre in case of any renewals and cost centre after things settle.
A critical takeaway is to work for yourself . If you are capable of training and helping 1 junior resource at least. That should be enough.
Bro it's happen in corporate life mostly with introvert people.
I have learned something from my experience.

Let me tell you something...no one is your friend at work and will never be... some call their team as family...please your back at home is the only family..all the best for where you joined and always keep a borderline between personal and professional life..all will be good. 🥳🥳
