Trending @Accenture; Loyalty Doesn’t Pay Here Anymore

I joined this organization after hearing so much about its good reputation — people spoke highly of the work culture, growth, and opportunities. But over time, that reputation feels completely lost.

It’s been 3 years now, and I’ve received only one hike — just 3%. This year, nothing again. Even the variable pay isn’t given properly. The motivation that once kept me going has turned into pure frustration. Loyalty and hard work clearly don’t mean much here anymore.
