Trending @Accenture; Losing its charm

Idk why since few months I have been feeling that this company is a slow sinking ship in India. As usual the presentations will be top notch and there are acquisitions happening that’s displayed on the home page but if you ask any Indian employee whether they are happy with their performance review and you will hear the real deal. Even the ones who are promoted are given Peanuts.
Surveys are a smokescreen. There is no concept of reverse feedback of supervisors Half of us don’t even know who’s the HR of the project cause connects? What’s that!

Some may say this is happening in all IT companies but it seems I was stupidly loyal to one company right through campus placement to being a lead with delayed promotions as I was gaslit into thinking this is how it is .. and I stayed because hope felt comforting than trying from the scratch with a different company, functional depression is weird.. you work just enough to remain afloat but fear making decisions that can put you in vulnerable state again.

I really wanna ask those who have switched, how do you navigate moving into a new company, What tips would you suggest to someone who was in one company for 8 years and fears leaving it.
