Trending @Accenture; Looking to switch projects

I joined last year in June as a fresher. Now I've completed one year and I'm working in Middleware services. CTC is 3lakhs and that's it. Working more than 9hrs most days including Saturday and Sunday and I'm not allowed to charge those hours because as my TL said, "ASE's doesn't work that much leadership will question us" and "It's not like we work whole 9hrs" .

I want to switch internally to different project with Devops so that I can learn that, or switch internally to abroad. Is that possible? I'm also actively applying for jobs around but again with 1 year experience no one wants us. If anybody knows about any job openings please let me know. I'm just done wasting away my hours for work that doesn't even require much thought process, and I'm not able to expand my knowledge base either.
