Trending @Accenture; Looking for Transfer to another country
Hi, I have been working in Accenture for 2 years. Recently my husband moved to sweden, so I am looking for a transfer from India to Sweden. I am having dependent visa , will it be possible for organisation to transfer instead of resign and search the job in Sweden? Your response is highly valuable.
I’m trying for the same but with a different country. I reached out to my managers and they said no as it causes lot of extra work for them and justication of all sorts for moving a resource across borders. Dumdums rarely understand marriage demographics.
It is possible if your senior manager works or worked in any project from that location then it’s doable. It’s all in his/her hands. I have a testimony in my team she moved to US on the same spouse case.
