Trending @Accenture; Looking for options outside of Accenture doesnt seem easy?

I have been employed with Accenture for more than 5 years now in supply chain operations. Because of low /no hikes this year plus miniscule variables, i have been thinking to switch. I have been applying to job openings incessantly over naukri and LinkedIn for sometime now but my inbox is as silent as a graveyard. Even random companies/HRs/ consultancies aren’t contacting me (like a few years ago where in we got so many calls that we had to reject almost all and choose which one suits us). Whats up with the job market?
