Trending @Accenture; Looking for Manager's Insights on Hike/Promotion?

Mostly by first or second week of November the discussion of results of hike or promotion will happen as it happened the same time last year. Any leads 8 and below got any insights on what is happening in your team?? Most people claim hike would be in single digit. Is it also the case for promotion or will it be 25 or 30% as per promotion standards. Has anyone learnt about the results of your team members and how does it look?
