Trending @Accenture; Looking for a project
Am looking for a project change, currently working on VMware technology and I have knowledge on AWS and completed AWS solution architect associate certification as well and learning terraform and devops tools.. any openings in your project please help me! I searched in the Market place but didn't see any responses that's not going to work out , I have only one week to switch otherwise again they'll hard lock in the same project. Your help would be highly grateful!
Accenture's project allocation process is flawed. It's a game of luck rather than a fair evaluation of skills. We need a transparent system where employees can choose projects aligning with their skills and interests. Accenture must rethink its approach to retain talent and ensure job satisfaction.

Certification alone doesn't help! Even if you have certification internally to get the AWS project they are asking practical experience.. like outside
I too wanted to know, is solution architect associate good enough certification to get projects in AWS if someone is in bench.
