Trending @Accenture; Long Leave policy
Hi All, If someone want to go on a Long Leave like Long Vacation, Marriage, Honeymoon then what type of leave can one use apart from Casual or Earned Leave if having insufficient leave balance?Can you please guide as I am new to Accenture
There is a leave called as Combined sick and casual leave and it is 12 days combined. So if you would want to plan for any vacation type. Then you can use this, provided you have this 12 days and this cannot be carry forwarded to the next year as it would lapse. My suggestion would be you use this for your vacation and also you can club it with your earned leave as well, if you feel that you wanted long vacation. While applying in my te use the WBS code as combined sick and casual leave. Let me know if you have any questions.
you can take LOA(loss of pay) if the leave taken by you exceeds the vacation balance
