Can anyone help to know what medical reasons are acceptable to get base location transfer before completing 2 years.

Whatever the reason HR won't accept it. It completely depends on your Manager and PMO Team. If you have a good manager he will get it done otherwise you have to wait 2 years.

For that transfer do managers need to provide some fees or anything, someone said to me that from tier2 city like Hyderabad to tier1 city like Mumbai they have to pay some amount
