Trending @Accenture; Location Change is possible?
Hi All, I got an offer in Accenture in Pune location, but my preferred location is chennai and Bengaluru. I asked the HR for the location change in offer, but she is saying it's not possible we have requirements only in Pune if you want then join pune. I requested her, she said after joining, request your manager he will do the location change she said. I accepted the offer. Is there any possibility to change location after the joining in Pune to Chennai/Bengaluru. Please help me with this.
Base location change is a very complex process in Accenture. It will be extremely difficult to switch your location. They have no capacity to accommodate people in their offices and hence they will not entertain location change request. Their location change request application is also frozen until july and you can only change it after 24 months from DOJ.
