Trending @Accenture; Location change Gurgaon to noida

I’ve got OIT approval from my manager to change my base location (I’ve served 22 months on my base location) On the portal only the gurgaon offices are being offered to change facility My PMO has asked me to wait to see why isn’t change to different city being visible.

Can PMO can answer? Or is it mandatory to serve 24 months?
