Trending @Accenture; LITERALLY NEED HELP - REGARDING PROMOTION & VP
Hi all
I joined Accenture in May 2024 as an Associate, L12 in operations and the project got ramped down in Dec 2024. Then I got moved to ATCI, and got project in March 2025
Till June 2025, no VP and no hike. In June 2025, got 2% 4400 VP and that time my TL told me that this is the default VP as we were in the training and all.
Since June, I swear I’ve worked really hard and every month only my name was in Green from my team. Even this month, I got a certificate of appreciation from MD of Accenture in person (Her name is Kris Torres) for my performance.
But today when I saw my VP, it’s only 4.99 % (11K). When I asked my colleagues, they got more than me and also the shocking part is 3 of my colleagues got promotion with 13% hike qmd and one of them is already on notice period.
Also, got to know from my other colleague who joined Accenture 5 months ago, and he got 6% VP and 11% hike.
I know it’s a long post and if you’ve reached here then please help me to whom should I contact and is there any possibility that they will increase my VP and give me promotion ?
Honestly, I am broken now… And I know most of the people will relate…
Bro you aren’t alone in this situation, I have joined ACN in Oct 2023 as an ASE, still awaiting promotion, In this cycle, just received VP of 4.99%, No hike even after having the good feedback’s .This Company Sucks.
TBH... I am feeling relaxed now... But Accenture really sucks

You can't do anything about your VP and all. Good that you are in ATCI atleast. What skillset are you on ? Do some market research if that is very demanding then that's fine otherwise go for the market demanding skillset get yourself trained in that look for that project to gain real experience you still have 6 months till May 2026 after that you can start looking for switch with that skill you might get the other job in after you start looking 6 months also depends on how prepared are you ... Once you switch you will get minimum 30% hike regardless of service and product... If you get product or consulting service based the hike will be much better ...
Nothing can be changed once it is released.
