Kaiser Permanente
Accenture management team is more focused on getting the trainings completed than actual work. Training status update call held every week but project status call every 2 weeks sometimes once in 3 weeks. They take trainings very seriously.
Every now and then we have to fill a form regarding what client data access we have.
They ask you to provide Achievements and accomplishments for this year and previous year every 2-3 days on repeat ( i am literally fed up).
Manager told us to create personalised priorities and all like our hikes an promotions depend on this.
Let me be clear after everything you have done all the trainings, updates, achievements and all still you won’t get anything above 10% hike and no promotion, but they will always be confident that next cycle we will be getting everything we have asked for.

then how u dealt with this and in which project u r in now because i am also in same

Signet: Management decides that you’re a competent employee only if you kiss up to them and work 14 hours a day.

Roche can be quite challenging—expect a highly demanding environment with 10+ hour workdays. The workload is intense, and the salary hikes are either minimal or delayed. Every junior I know there is either looking for a new project or is on notice period.
100% true no hikes no promotion nothing, if we ask for them they say company didn't perform well but sends email as we got 23% profits this year. Very sus

i worked on it in my initial years. now i am 13 yrs in Accy. my god!! this project is still shitty? not surprised lol

NCR - FLYER PROJECT: A Masterclass in Dysfunctional Management
The so-called NCR - FLYER PROJECT is a prime example of how incompetence thrives when mediocrity is rewarded. A team led by managers with zero real expertise, whose only skill seems to be endless flattery and survival tactics. Instead of making meaningful decisions, they are busy polishing seats they never earned, clueless about how they even ended up in leadership positions.
The irony? Their superiors are no better—a perfect reflection of the broken system that keeps such inefficiency afloat. Leadership here is nothing more than a game of mutual back-patting, with no accountability, no vision, and absolutely no value addition.
It's an insane cycle of poor leadership enabling more poor leadership, ensuring that real talent is suffocated while the clueless continue their charade.
When will this change? Probably never—because the ones who should be "managing" are too busy managing their own survival instead of the actual project.

This is a warning to Accenture SAP consultant. If any one approaches you for project interview/discussion with name Madhuvanti or anyone who is working under her. Please openly say no to project. She is a blood Sucker, psycho(literally), stress giver, BP raiser, egoistic fellow. All the team members are fed up with her, few already left the project or the company.

US Bank- too much of micromanagement and non practical deadlines, they will make everyone work for more than 12-13 hours everyday
BestBuy DDO: Very chill environment and good team, but repetitive work and no future growth.
