Trending @Accenture; Lies in townhall

There was townhall today for my department. The hod lief through his teeth and talks about how the employees got good reward this cycle and I saw all the managers clapping along. I dropped from the call immediately because I simply didn't want to ruin my mood hearing lies.

The people in leadership doesn't give a fuck about us and the managers even doesn't care.

My advice to everyone, who are tired of accenture's nonsense, is get a job and re-sign from the organization. If you want to re-sign without offer, you can but I advise not to. Meanwhile, try upskilling as well as much as you can, till you get a job. Current market is a bit down but hopefully within 6-12 months all of us will have an offer in hand.
