Trending @Accenture; Level 9 to 8 Promotion
I have promoted from level 10 to 9 on March 2022 and MAL is 24 as of now. I have been in same project from Feb 2022. Is there any possibility of Promotion in June cycle? Or How much MAL is required for default promotion?
There is no default promotion kind of concept - it's all about MAL, performance and requirment of next level..If u are aspiring for next level what all you done related CL8 roles and responsibilities. if u are managing any team in CL9 now your manager should give you few more contracts to see how much agile and how u can support and manage. He/she can pitch for the promotion and also u also have those rights with proof that u proved that u are ready for next level
From level 11,there wont be any default promotion. It completely depends on the skill sets and how important you are in the account. Getting promoted from level 8 to next levels is very difficult.
