Trending @Accenture; Level 9 10 YOE but low salary
I am a Team Lead Level 9 with 10 YOE and having MTech degree from tier college as well having excellent achievements throughout. I have 13 LPA and feeling extremely underpaid . Under some circumstances I accepted low salaries in previous 2 companies and the curse continued. Please tell me how much salary is expected for my profile.
Atleast 2x to 2.5x should be your salary with yoe, so your salary with 10yoe should be around 20 to 25 lpa. Try switching and bag multiple offers then u will be able to get around 100% hike, with just one offer it's difficult to get 100% hike so try multiple ones
It's a month of hike n promotion, can i ask them to give better hike? How much max hike can I ask?
Brother if you are a btech or mtech from reputed colleges companies do not care about that. If you are a highly skilled candidate , all companies will rush to give 20lpa even for 5 years experience.
Try to improve your skill and use the company certification option to get a certificate.
Then leave out.
If you read properly my message then still let me tell you once again that I have outstanding achievements and I am working on dozen of tools right now.
I am giving you advice. Even if you have multiple tool knowledge and outstanding achievement that will not help increase your salary in the Accenture untill your manager approve. That's the fact. I will tell you the salary given in the Accenture for your position team lead is 20Lpa fixed.
You will be able to achieve this salary in Accenture almost 6 years
10*3= 30lpa

For a TL the pay range is between 15-19 LPA base pay depending on skill.
