Trending @Accenture; Level 8 - How much hike was received in November and last June?

Hi folks, just want to check with Level 8(Associate Manager) – What was the hike received in November and in the previous June? I want to understand how everyone gets.

I received 4% in June, 10.5% in Sep and yesterday was promoted to Senior Analyst position with a hike of 13%.

Got 0% hike - was told that primary skill was the reason. Others who hadn't put much effort but possessed a specific skill as primary skill got promoted (was informed this was an organizational move). Worst decision ever. Got 9% Variable pay.
