Being new to the organization, I would like to know whether there will be any hike with the sublevel movement or that only an annual hike will be provided or both. If either what can be the average %.

There is no average for now. It depends on your luck. If you are luck them expect 8 to 10%
If you are unlucky.
It could be 0 , 3 , 4 ,5 ,6
I am telling the current hike scenario.
I check with multiple people at lvl 11
Even after multiple appreciation, i got 3 %
