Hello all, currently there have been talks for promotion in our project. Can anyone guide me what hike percent can I get if my base is 104811 lpa for 6.5 years of experience and 36 months at level for level 10

I think they will offer you around 20 to 30% hike on fixed. For L9, Fixed CTC should be between 16 to 19.

I too was at lvl 10 about 2 years back , my base was 10.8 and then when I got promoted from level 10 to 9 and got around 30%. The base was then 13.6 LPA. However given the situation it might be less this time, however I feel that this is the lower end of the level 10 salary band.
