I have joined Accenture recently in Nov 2024 in Level 10 with a 15.75 package (7 yrs exp) . I would like to know how much others are getting at the same level? When can I expect the promotion? Please throw some insights on techleap for Promotion to Level 9???

CL10 - salary is approx 14-16L fixed. They are not giving hikes, don't know how to expect promotion.

Speak to you lead for promotion or else move out. 3 years to serve as CL11 without promotion isn't very good for your career growth

You can get promotion after 9 years of experience and regarding techleap it is only applicable for level 12.
