Trending @Accenture; Level 10 feels Underpaid

I have joined Accenture in the month of October 2023 despite me having 6+ yrs of overall experience and 4 yrs in SAP SD. I have received 7.10 LPA as fixed and 1.44 LPA as Variable pay. I feel that I am underpaid. Can someone tell me what can be done further to get my compensation increased now.

And me being one 2 years less experience than you I am earning as equal as you.

The only way to increase compensation is to switch and ask for a 100% hike. If you stay in the same firm for a longer period of time in the hopes of a promotion it wouldnt help in increasing the compensation so as to make it as per market standards.

Honestly it’s your fault. You should have negotiated properly. You must have been really desperate for job to accept 7 LPA offer with 6 YOE.

I have 2 years of experience but my fixed pay is higher than you.

If you want more compensation now then switch again.
