Trending @Accenture; Level 10 explain?
Hello, can somebody explain me what Level 10 actually is in Accenture. Earlier I thought it is a Team Lead position however my manager told me it has 2 categories
- Team Lead where we get to handle a team of X number of people
- We become individual contributor Can someone throw some light on this subject

Depending on the project requirement and your performance capability tasks will be assigned to you , L10 or L9 does not really matter. Being a L10 I am performing all the roles and responsibilities of L9 , starting shift rooster preperation , to attending client calls I am doing everything. It solely depends on your project. However officially L9 is a lead position and L10 is a Senior Analyst position which normally is an individual contributor.

Thanks mate for a detailed reply

Mainly it depends on the project, in some projects L10 is team lead where we will handle the team where as in some projects it is IC role or senior analyst.

I am L10. My role is the combination of L3 and L2. Which means I have to manage the Team as well as the client too. I will be taking care of all the tasks on the ground, like admin stuff too. And communicating with clients on the weekly report. I will also manage the team too and advise or work with Team lead and AM, sometime with Manager too.
L10 are basically working as backbone of any project and everything is expected from them.

Got it. Thanks buddy

It varies from project to project, potential employees are given both the responsibilities but for others its just daily normal tasks like they had during 11

Senior soft engineer to be precise, just below Team lead position. Your promotion will take you to level 9 i.e Team lead position.

Its senior analyst. Team lead is L9

It’s a lead position if u are a people lead and if not if u are in a IC role then it’s Senior Analyst
