I have been with Accenture at Level 10 for the past 52 months, consistently delivering high-quality, bug-free code and meeting all project milestones within deadlines. My contributions have been recognized through positive feedback from my leads and managers, and I’ve earned the ACE Award for Q1. Additionally, I have proactively upskilled by completing certifications in AZ-900 and AZ-204, and have frequently extended my working hours to address critical production issues, often prioritizing project needs over personal well-being.

Despite these sustained efforts and contributions, I have not received a promotion or salary adjustment. I am seeking guidance on the next steps required to align my career trajectory with the company’s advancement criteria. Specifically, I would appreciate any feedback on areas for further growth, and clarity on what I can do to expedite my progression within the organization.
