Trending @Accenture; Letter of termination

So recently they put me in PIP for 30 days. I am pretty sure I can perform very well at completing the objectives of PIP. But still I am sceptical about what if they don't want me and I may get terminated. Do we get an experience letter even after termination? Or should I go for resignation?

same happened to my friend, they put him in pip, and given 4 weeks time, and 4 assignement for every week. he was sure, they will not retain him, so he havent perrcormed any of the task, and prepared for interviews. and in last week, they have asked him to resign and send resigntion email, but the good thing is he got 3 month salary in fnf. so in that time span he prepared and cleared interview and got new job after that.

He said to the manager that he will not perform?
Today I was informed that I am in PIP and I also don’t want to perform, but how to not perform? By not joining the call or how?

calls you have need to join, if they provide task or assignement not do that then. and tell him i am trying but its tough or any other reason. but always say i am trying...

Yes you will get an experience letter even after termination. And they will not terminate, they will force you to resign even after you complete your pip. They will mark it as unsuccessful and make you resign.

Thank you for your guidance , i have one more question if they force me to resign and I refuse and get into a project which is willing to take me in , is this scenario possible ?
