Can I put a legal notice against the firm for I’ll treating and abruptly putting me to redeployment pool which is basically a bench period of 45 days? Management seems to be taking money only for napping and doesn’t reply or take any appropriate actions despite concerns being raised. Let me know if anyone has any knowledge on this.

There is a portal to raise grievance ticket, that would help I believe in this case.

Even I'm not exactly sure, but I have seen previously somewhere where we can raise a grievance request. Which has many categories of misconduct. Check this https://ast.accenture.com/Grievance
