Trending @Accenture; Leaving Accenture but my boss is saying that he will give me a promotion and hike?
What should I do? I joined as a fresher at 6LPA and now that I have 2YOE. I got an offer from Cognizant for Software Engineer role.
They are offer 13LPA. My boss is saying that he will promote me next year, get me a hike that matches this offer and try for on-site. What should I do?
I am kind of happy with this sppreciation. What to do?

At the time of hike he will say we do not have control over hike , it's decided by upper management but I I will give you 10% hike , highest in the team

LOL, if you stay you must be delusional. All of these promises are nearly impossible to deliver.
Don't let yourself think twice. LEAVE!! Accenture will value you till you have offer. Once it's gone, you will become a average working employee.
Don't take risks with your career. You should take this flattery as a compliment that you will do well in whichever organization you go. Please take calculated decisions, Accenture is very vague and promises are made to be broken.
If they can match the offer then stay otherwise LEAVE period. Next time what will happen if no hike is given you have a good opportunity at hand just take that.
I was in TCS 3 years back, the same was told to me and some people, they got peanuts from TCS.
