Im from mumbai location, for this year 2025FY i got only 8 casual leaves and 0 sick leaves!!! How is this possible and what can i do or whom to ask regarding this? Please help!
Check in leave policies. Ask dipa chat bot. Don't stress, overall leaves across cities are same or almost same.
No it's different from state to state. Eg, Maharashtra gets in total 26 days (including 08 days casual).. for few states like Delhi/NCR/UP approax 40 days in total.
Yesterday I checked my updated leaves also my sick leave is 0 because for Mumbai location casual and sick leave is same. Leaves are depend on location.

From prev September this thing is changed
This is the correct policy for the state of Maharashtra... No sick leave
