My friend , who's also working in accenture has been diagnosed with clinical depression and she couldn't even get out of the bed, will accenture grant paid leave for mental health issues too ?
Yes do but proper documentation is required. One of my colleague is facing organ failure, waiting for organ donor. So is in hospital from more than yr now , his all leaves are over still he is getting paid by Accenture through Hands for help event in which other colleagues donates their leaves .
May be You should talk to your lead Also I attended a session last month regarding mental health .
You need to submit some doc. You can try just try
Accenture does support people if they are facing some issue whether it can be mental health issue. What I will suggest is connect with the manager if he/she support that would be great because I have seen one issue with one the colleague and manager helped him alot.
Most of the office they provide paid leaves because my husband was also in bed rest for 6 months in one of the company after back surgery and he head received full payment
