Trending @Accenture; Leave encashment is taxable in Accenture? And my monthly salary is 93k , how much can I expect encashment with 80 leaves ( no lapse)

For private sector (non-government) employees, leave encashment on separation (resignation, retirement, or termination) exempt from tax under Section 10(10AA) of the Income Tax Act, up to a limit of ₹25,00,000.

To the best of my knowledge, the Encashment amount is calculated as below:

Encash amount = (base pay * 9 [working hrs per day] * No.of days)/2340
